LeadNurse Africa Builds the Capacity of General Private Nursing Practioners

October 22nd to 26th 2018, marked a milestone in the Nigerian Nursing sector as The Association of General Private Nursing Practitioners, AGPNP, in collaboration with Lead Nurse Africa, hosted a transformational, scientific conference with the focus on the role of Nurses in acheiving Sustainable Development Goals in Nigeria.

In attendance were Nurses from all spheres of the life, local and international, dialoguing and brainstorming on ways to propagate sustainability and result oriented solutions, towards the profession, and acheiving the developmental goals.

The event graced the presence of Princess Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire, the Senior Special Assistant to the President of Nigeria on SDGs (duely represented), as well as prominent, keynote speakers like Professor Omolola Irinonye, Mrs Modupe Shode(ADNS, Lagos State), Dr Esther Oshuniyi, Richmond Dayo Johnson, Julie Mogbo, and a host of others.


Lead Nurse Africa is a Pan-African nursing organization dedicated to public health promotion and professional development.
